This apartment community is the worst I ever lived in. There is never any parking on the street. We started and they had two free parking spots for anyone to use and then they keep taking parking spots away to sell them as resevered spots. Its expensive and it takes them a while to repair stuff. Also they shut off the water without any notice even when its not neccessary to shut off the water to make a repair. The place is really old so stuff falls apart all the time. Its so old in fact that the deadbolt broke'!'! That surprised me. The power goes out. It seems they are always having the gardners here at least two days a week. Also the manager doesn't seem to know what she is doing! Would I live here again no way! As soon as our lease is up where out of here. The price is too high for the amenties you get. The only good thing is they will let you have a lot of pets in your apartment and you do get a garage with your apartment. Most of the neighbors are really nice. I also think its very quite in this community because there is a lot of vacant apartments.
