I have lived here in a 3 bedroom for a year now and I love it and consider it my home. If my roomates weren't starting their own families I would stay another year. We are in our early 20's and this places fits all of our needs. the parking is a hassel and at times we do have to park around the block but I feel safe having it on the street and none of our vehicles or friends vehicles have ever been violated. the manager was not the best but they have been replaced and have not had any problems since. when we moved in the place was not clean in some places which was annoying, the carpet was coming up but they fixed it. the maintance man is good it is only one guy so we need to be patient but anything we have ever needed was taken care of. I love this place b/c it does have a 2 car garage, washer dryer hook ups, no drama from the neighbors, and close to everything. we have had loud parties and ppl over and no one has ever said anything to us. The train does shake the place and comes about every other hour, which the manager told us it was only 2 times one in the afternoon and at 6pm-liar, but you get used to them. I have no complaints about this place, its not new, no pool, and parking blows, but if those are your only complaints with an apartment then i think its pretty good. hope this helps
