Terrible board and managers From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008   THIS PLACE IS A DUMP RUN BY ABSENT LANDLORDS AND MANAGED BY A INEXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO WON'T COME ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A ESCORT. OWNERS HAVE SEEN THINGS GO FROM BAD TO WORSE WITH THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WASTED BY ABSENT LANDLORD BOARD. DON'T EVEN TRY TO CONTACT THEM--THEY ARE NEVER AROUND AND DO NOT HAVE A PROGRAM TO STOP THIS DECLINE.
