I moved to this complex from another state which does not support roaches. I was horrified on my first morning to be greeted by one of the local residents. Complaints to the management did no good. The company they used to exterminate used watered down products and just encouraged them to come out. Did my own bug bombing and was OK until 3 weeks later. Needed to bug bomb every 3 weeks. Discovered the problem I was having was due to a pig neighbor. I was on the end unit. Also, when I lived here, they did not have any restrictions on dogs and another residents' Rottweiler attacked my dog and had to spend over $500 on emergency care. A lot of ---------, which brings the community down.

Your very racist, you should know that California is populated with different races, mostly ---------... If you dont like community maybe you should move back to where you came from it doesnt sound like Placentia, California is for you and if you would spend a little more money (assuming you can afford it and all being from out of state?) then you would find alot of other great places to live in Orange County California...
