Major rental increases every time you renew a lease. Rats, Roaches, Horrible mgmt., my truck has been vandalised twice, numerous break-ins and theft. The Placentia Police Department has told numerous tenants that this property is on their watch list, requiring them to drive through the property every night. management is horrible and doesn't care. This property's mortgage is paid off and all of our rents are used for other properties. The gardner's are absolutely horrible, dumpster divers every day, identity theft and much much more. The apartments El Rancho/Camino Pueblo are managed by Oak Tree Court. All of these properties suck. tons of plumbing problems, horrible maintenance, sewage on the property and the company doesn't care.
