Roaches, sewage, rat infestation, structural problem, pool shutdown twice by health dept. Mngmt disorganzied loses rent checks and insurance papers. No parking they took all open parking so that the staff could have them. We pay the rent not them!! No handicap parking. Stoves that are 20 years old and have a tendancy to leak gas and only then are they replaced. This is one of the most unsafe apts i have ever lived in and the management company could give a damn less cause quote unquote "there is not enough money in the budget" Lead chips in pipes black fly infestation...RunRUNRUN!!! El Rancho, Pueblo and Camino all the same!!!
