I just signed another year, this will be going on my third year. I really like it here we have great neighbors, two parking spaces and its really pretty here. The area is just OK if you go two streets down one way its not that nice and if you go two streets the other way its great. but thats most of southern california. We have gone through about 4 managers since i have been here...so don't get to attached to any of them. I really like the new girl in the office she's really nice, but again don't get too attached...there is a dog next to my apartment that barks at EVERYTHING! Again i really love it here and 90% of the time it's really peacefull so if you have a dog please respect your neighbors. I have recommeded this place to a few of my friends, for the most part i think its great!
