I have been a tenant for quite sometime. The management when I arrived was poor. It was at the level of just handing the keys to a bum. After many many complaints they kicked out the manager and put a new manager in that in short is like a ----. Tenants are to worried to complain for fear of being kicked out. They have poor attitudes and are racist. They have installed cameras everywhere on the property. Blame the tenants for whatever happens. When most of the time it is on outside source for the problems. The seem to have a problem outsourcing work, so the husband (Mr. Personality) will try and wing it. Shotty work is putting it gently. Most of us are on the lower side of the payscale and for us this is the only way we can do it. However because of this the manager takes advantage. I have been in apartment living in quite a few citys in my 43 years and have not experienced such poor treatment of tenants before.

I was told that you are only allowed to live in the apartment only. you have no other rights here. Everything else is mine because i am the manager. This is a childish comment and worthy of laughter. I cannot wash my truck and they have put locks on all of the water nozzles. I asked why did they put locks on the water nozzles and she said that it was because the water bills are too high. So now i cannot water my plants.

the electrical is terrible in there. There is no 3rd plug for your electricity (2 prong only with no 3 prong)in most areas. the phone cables and cable companies leave all the wire exposed and it looks horrible.

Some lights but still It is terribly dark in the alleys. Grafitti is all around the neighborhood daily. people dig in the trash every morning and make a mess. Couches and TV are left by the trashcans. Roaches and rats run all around the trashcans. horrible.

After all of this, we as tennants get a badd attitude. We are told that we are "pushing it" Dont rent here. We as tennants know that if they cannot rent due to letter like this maybe something will change. When it does I will post again.
