Manager implemented a sticker system. Totally clean now. Also the manager dealt with complaints about people hanging by the pool and a couple bad tenants (He locked pool and gave only tenants a key and posted so nobody hangs out there anymore and he kicked out the bad tenants). Honestly the place is quiet and nice now. No parking problem. It is very hot in the Summer though. I think they need bigger air conditioners than the ones they have.
