I've lived here for 3.5 years now and i had evough of this place. i originally had an upstairs one bedroom apartment. These apartments have NO insulation. On the hot days, the heat is unbearable. the air conditioning unit is way too small to keep the apartment cool. you're better off leaving the windows open and using a fan. my apartment was over a garage. the noise and the slamming of the garage door was one of the reasons i swithched apartments. the tennants downstairs always complain about the people upstairs. you can hear every little footstep though the floor. the patios are cool but when you're outside you have to keep the noise down because even a normal coversation will echo though the complex. the main reason i switched apartments was that the building i was in has a termite problem. it was pretty bad when termites swarm into your home. i switched to a two story apartment. so i wouldn't have to deal with the people above or below me, or the noise from the garages. when i moved in i found that the plumming was all messed up. when you turn the cold water on it's scorching hot. you have to let it run a few minutes to let it cool off. the heater upstairs was broken and never fixed, but i didn't really care because it is hot is this apartment too. both apartments the dish washer didn't work,but they replaced the one in the second aprtment. the only reason i stayed in these apartments so long is because i had a two car garage. if you don't get one you'll probably be parking on the street and your car will probably get broken into. lastly, the rental office is always closed when you need them. i'm giving this place 2 out of 5 stars. one for the apartment and one for the garage.
