Recently painted complex exterior. Grounds are well-kept. Interior construction if very thrifty. Poor insulation. Adequate heating, inadequate cooling. Limited number of garages. Parking for guests is very limited. Plenty of parking on the street but that may be quite some distance away. Sections of the complex have inconsiderate, noisy neighbors. Some play bass-heavy stereos until all hours of the early morning. Management is inconsistent and often untimely with tenant notifications regarding repairs or scheduled maintenance. Kitchen cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and interior lighting are of marginal quality. Gas fireplaces in some units are nice. No laundry hook-ups but nice laundry room. Pool/jacuzzi are occassionally disgusting.
