I have lived here for 1 year, and I enjoy it very much. I agree with the air conditioner situation though. I have a 1 bedroom loft. Very cute and spacious, but very very hot.
I dont hear anything as far as loud neighbors. If you walk around outside you do here people, but inside, its very quiet and private. I recommend this complex very much.
We did have parking problems as far as spots go in the beginning, but they made it up too us, and there is always parking on the street next to us.
