The air conditioning system is terrible in the summertime. Its like an oven in my apartments and I cant breathe. I only have an air wall unit in my bedroom. They really need to implement central air in these buildings! Maintanence is very slow. I have to ask 3 or 4 times to get something fixed or done. Parking is limited and your assigned space is extremely far from your apartment.
