i lived here for a couple months now and its not that bad, its a pretty nice 1 bedroom with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings and i pay less than 1k/month. the area is pretty quiet, from time to time you hear dogs barking but nothing unbearable. and its safe enough to walk around the neighbor hood at any hour. my only complaint is that it does get really hot inside on hot days and the only air condition unit is in the room and it was pretty weak but i submitted a request to maintenance and they replaced it. there is no bugs inside the apts no mice, its an all around descent place.
