Great place to live! The apartments are very well maintained with a responsive staff and have recently been updated. They allow dogs (and about every apartment has some type of pet), but it is surprisingly quiet. We've really had a wonderful experience living here and are only moving back to Chicago so that I can go to law school.

Our favorite thing to do is walk to Old Placentia and get margaritas!!

Really the only issue with it is the sunshine. More like, the lack of sunshine. If you don't need sun to wake you up in the morning or a really bright apartment, then this is the place for you.
