I've been here for 4 months and I have absolutely loved it. I will agree that the apartment wasn't as clean as I had expected when I moved in (the floors and carpets seemed to have not been finished, there was a white carpet powder that they must have not vacuumed up or something), but other than that parking is fine (my assigned spot is right next to my building), I haven't noticed it being noisy at all (you can hear the train when the windows are open, but it's not loud), I feel safe on the property even late at night (the police staion is only a block away), the office workers are extremely nice (they agreed to clean my carpet for free after I told them about my dissatisfaction, and they agreed not to charge me for a cleaning when I move out), there is a CLEAN laundry room on every floor and in every building (I have NEVER noticed any kind of bad smell in the washing machines), the apartments are spacious (my kitchen is HUGE), all of my appliances were brand new, it never got too hot in the summer (the property is surrounded by big shady trees and I think the buildings must be well-insulated), there's a HUGE grassy area in the front and I think there's another in the middle of the property which is perfect for dog owners or families with kids, each apartment on the first floor has a surprisingly spacious back yard surrounded by a wall that's at least 6 ft. high, several of the apartments have firplaces, and the rent is pretty reasonable for Orange County. My boyfriend and I could have found a place for about $100 less, but we feel that it has been totally worth it to pay the extra money for all of these great features. We lived in El Dorado apartments in Fullerton for two years and that was a complete nightmare (read the ratings and you'll see what I mean), so Villa Angelina has been such an incredible improvement in our quality of living.
