I wrote a review a couple of years ago (copied below)after my wife and I had been here for a year. We have been here for 3 years so far and will be staying on for another 15 months. Actually, at the end of our lease this year we were already signed on to move into another complex close by but were suprised to get a call from Villa Angelina's apartment manager Jasmine. She wanted to know what she could do to get us to stick around. Long story short, she worked with us and we are going to be switching apartments and moving into a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment on the west side of the complex at the beginning of June. They really made us feel at home and I'm thankful to have such great people in the office. Thankfully, we'll now have a second parking space which will eliminate a lot of the frustration we've had over the last 3 years.

Going back to the office staff for a second. I want to take a second to say what a wonderful experience it has been having Anna-Christy in the office over the last year or so. She is by far the most professional person they have had working in there and is always kind and genuine. I hope they keep her for as long as possible! I know this sounds like a total ass-kissing review, but I'm only being honest. My wife and I have never had any problems with our apartment that weren't remedied by the office staff and we look forward to another year with Villa Angelina.



**Original Review from 2007** My wife and I have lived here for over a year and just renewed our lease. This was our first apartment and we really like it here. It's in a quiet neighborhood despite our apartment being located in a building just off of a major street (Chapman Avenue). The apartments are a good size and the prices aren't so outrageous as most other apartments of the same size in this area. Also, the rent prices don't increase dramatically from lease period to lease period (ours went up a whopping $10/month). This complex is very pet friendly and the office people are very polite and quick to respond to any concerns you might have. The only real problem with Villa Angelina is the lack of visitor parking spots. Visitors or occupants with a second car will have trouble finding parking in the complex lots and will have to park on Angelina. A little inconvenient, but seeing as this is a complex built in the 1970's it's understandable.

I agree with your point about the parking space. There is a waiting list for the second parking space, but the line hasn't gotten shorten even by one person for months. All office people are very nice. Especially, everything was tidy and neatly done when a manager called Tara was around. However, we have recently been pretty annoyed with one girl who is very lazy and forgets most of our requests. It is very frustrating when we ask for something and see her write it down, and we find out later that she hasn't done anything about it even for a month. Also, unless you live far inside the apartment complex, those apartments facing chapman avenue is always very loud from the traffic. We are looking to find other options.
