This place sucks

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
It's over 100 degrees in my apartment right now. Why' The sliding glass door won't close, and though I've made 3 trips to the management office (which closes in minutes) nothing has been done. The airhead in the office keeps saying "hasn't he showed up yet'"...uh, if he had would I be BACK' I can't run the air conditioning with the door stuck open.
My son-in-law's car was vandalized here, the office has been burglarized (my stuff was stolen, and I was told "file a claim with your insurance") and my storage locker was vandalized (yet again, file a claim with yoru insurance). My apartment has been flooded TWICE due to the plumbing backing up AND they raised my rent by about 7%.
I can't WAIT to move out of this crime ridden ramshackle nightmare
