I currently live in a 2bd/2bath apartment here in Villa Angelina. I have lived here for the past 4 months with two other roommates and have transformed the living room into a 3rd bedroom. The bedrooms and living room are quite spacious and the layout of the apartment is perfect for our 3 bedroom accommodation. Luckily for us, we live at one of the four corners of the complex with easy access to the near-by street (a PLUS for visiting guests) and were given two covered carports close to our apartment.

I have read numerous complaints from previous reviews and can say there are some truth to their anguish and frustration. However, in regards to my personal experience (as well as my roommates) at Villa Angelina we have just learned to deal with most of those situations. There are many problems that arise in almost ANY complex near a school. (I.e. CSUF/Fullerton College) But you learn to accept them, deal with it, and move on.

We HAD a few problems with barking dogs, but within a few weeks the Barking Dog Ordinance was raised and the issues we had with near-by dogs ceased. It is true, the walls are a bit thin but for us, it is not too bad as listed by some of the previous reviews. What might attribute to our lack of complaint would probably be the fact that we have rather quiet neighbors. Another complaint made in previous reviews is the loud, drunken & sometimes irritating slurs of the party like there s no tomorrow individuals that roam around at the wee-hours of the night. What can I say' It happens like I mentioned before, we live by a 4 year university and just a hop, skip, and jump away from Downtown Fullerton (the Mecca of Drunken Delight for the young and adventurous folk on Tuesdays and Thursdays). For us, we hear them stumble out of their cars (remember, easy street access) & the clakity-clak of heels remind us it s TWO for ONE @ Tuscany Bar. You either accept the noise, or do something about it if after talking with management doesn t do anything then call the Fullerton police and file a complaint.

I can t say I can relate with the whole roaches and what not we never dealt with any type of infestation. The apartment was shown to us nice and clean. We built a rather comfortable relationship with management & the gardening staff members are great! Our sliding door works our bedroom windows act funky from time to time but it s nothing that bothers us too much. Lastly, parking is great only two out of the three of us drive and our guests can access the nearby street whenever they stop by.

Remember, EVERY (yes, every) apartment/town home/condo by a nearby school will have a lot of problems but you either deal with it or find a new location far away from a school.
