we pay for our trash bags to be used the correct way. but not at this place, you mite as well just dump your trash into the bin without a trash bag. at least three times a daywe have several people who are not residents here, go through the trash bins. they start by tearing our "trash bags" opening and emptying everything out. so as residents before you walk near the trash bins you can smell the foul smell. i have called the management of this property several times about this issue everytime i run into these filthy people. they obviously havent taken the time to get out of the office to walk around and do something about it. i have lived here for 6 months and it has been an issue since then.Now everytime i call to report this, they say "call the police department" we cant do anything about it". there also some maintenance men who go around doing this too, and i have brought this attention to the office also. and the issue has not got resolved. this place is disgustingly invested with these filthy people.

Hey the person who says who cares in the above review. I bet your the same person who has their nose glued to the managment ass and your the one that sits in the office oh wait bows down on the carpet and praises the all mighty mangement. Your also the one who has those special parking privelleges. Heres a tissue to wipe that brown stuff off your nose an dmaybe some wash because all the managemnt does is sit on thier butts so its probally some smelly brow stuff.

good photos this is proof that someone cares to take pictures of things to show peope. Some of the people that pick through our trash some look a little scary. I would not recommend this place at all you tell the management and they do nothing they are too busy sleeping in the office or paining their nails like one of them likes to do or one says please forgive me rude I am just pregnant to do nothing.

Of course plenty of people go through the dumpsters here. What do think will happen when you throw away such great stuff? I see nicer things in the dumpsters here than at Wal-mart! Stereos, TVs, furniture, oh my! And it looks like it all works. Villa Angelina is awesome! Viva Villa Angelina!

I am the person who posted the original comment at the top there and I want to say to the person who replied to my comment that I in fact do not have any parking priveleges nor am I a brown-noser of the office management. I have to park one of my cars on the street just like everyone else with two cars and one car port. I don't particularly care for the office staff, but what can I do about that? I haven't had any major issues with my apartment or the complex that haven't been taken care of when I've brought it up. I've seen people going through the dumpsters in the mornings just looking for recyclables and I'm glad someone is doing that. Its good for the environment and also good for them because that's money in their pockets. And if I saw some discarded piece of furniture that I liked that someone had tossed out, I wouldn't feel an ounce of shame about it. One man's trash is another man's treasure. I say again, with emphasis, if you don't like it at Villa Angelina, the answer is simple...leave, and go take some basic spelling and grammar lessons. I know I would if I were you.

ya u dont like it but some people get the cans that u waste to recyle.... they use the money to feed there family.... some people ur so rude...its not like ur comming up to ur property and going thru ur trash on ur door step ...and half the time management cant help that there not around when the people come thru the gate when a car pulls in .. so stupid u tell them to leave
