my husband and i have been living here for almost 2 years and i think it is very nice. We live on the 3rd story and have a beautiful view and we don't hear any noise from the neighbors. Unfortunately, though, it seems that the people below us can here us. We are generally pretty quiet so use that info as you will. Every one here has pets and the grounds are very clean considering. When we moved in the fitness room has a bike, bowflex,an eliptical, and a tredmill. They have removed the eliptical and tredmil and said they were fixing them but they haven't been replaced in over 5 months. Also, they have also closed the pool for renovations and its been almost 3 months now. On the good side they have a very friendly staff and a very attntive maintenance crew who fix your problems quickly and efficiantly.On to the parking, everyone is assigned one space and you can put your name in to rent another. it takes a very long time for an extra space to open up so don't hold your breath, and you have to contact them, they won't let you know. if your friends and family come to visit there is limited visitor parking in front which is usually occupied. They can park on Angelina St. If they dare but the cops love to give out tickets in the morning, every morning. There is a place near by where many park w/ out getting ticketed but there is a sign that says you'll be towed (so i don't want to give away the spot less they start checking!)
All in all this apartment complex has been very good to my husband and i so far and i think it would be a very nice place to live. It is a reasonable price and not to far from cal state fullerton.
