i FORGOT HIS NAME, BUT HE WAS TOWED MY CAR BECAUSE I WAS IN HIS SPACE( HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A FREAKING CAR )
THAT'S NOT FAIR FOR ME TO PARK ON THE STREET BUT YET SOMEONE WHO HAS NOOOOOOO CAR HAVE A PARKING SPACE
PLEASE GIVE ME THE LOGIC BEHIND THAT
