We lived here for over 2 years and loved it. We moved in in September of 2005 and stayed until May 2008, and we only relocated for school. Our apartment was very spacious, though they are all different sizes and layouts. The grounds were well-kept and well-lit at night. The rent was the best we could find in the area, especially for the size of the apartment. (They did raise the rent a few times; it started at $945, I think, and ended at $1070, but there are no leases; it's only month-to-month.) The management staff was always friendly and helpful, and the few maintenance problems we had were resolved within the day by the friendly and capable staff, with whom we never had trouble. The biggest problem is the parking; our spot was a long walk from our apartment, and there are no spaces WHATSOEVER for additional cars or guests. You only get one spot per apartment regardless of size; all other parking is on the street, and there were some instances of break-ins and vandalism. This was our only complaint, however, and the low rent, clean and safe complex, friendly staff, and quiet and private atmosphere more than compensated. I don't know about the east side of the complex, as it is nearer a shadier neighborhood, but the west end was within walking or biking distance of CSUF and very quiet and clean. We heartily recommend this facility for students or any other renters, as it is not a "student" complex (i.e., quiet and clean). If you hate hearing your neighbors move around, get a second-story apartment.I don't think they allow new pets, though several cats roam the grounds (and keep the bugs down--we had no problems with insects).

You do get more than one spot per apartment. With a 3 bedroom you get two spots and the option to rent a garage.
