Good place to live!

First of all, this complex is now known as Sedona Apartments, managed by Lyon Management Group. They have certainly improved the cosmetics since they took over, but overall I think that things are pretty straightforward. The parking is abundant, even when coming home at all hours of the night, there is always a spot available somewhere. Their parking policy is not really enforced, which is good for guests.
The units themselves are nice, especially the upstairs, renovated 2 bedroom units with the vaulted ceilings. With an in unit washer/dryer, this is a great option. That said, the units are what you'd expect, and nothing exceptional.
Noise is one of the most important things for me when looking for an apartment, and while Sedona is quiet, there are some times where you can't help but hear the rest of the complex, especially since the stairs are rather loud. This depends most on your neighbors, so you might or might not get lucky depending on how late they are up and about. In general, the community is quiet during the nights, when it really counts, and the nearby train usually doesn't sound its horn late, but might wake you up now and again.
Overall, this is a good place to live that hasn't had any bad surprises or major issues, and the staff has always been professional and responsive. I'd recommend Sedona without hesitation, but remember that the upstairs renovated units are different than their other offerings, so I don't know what those are like!
