You get what you pay for - I like this place. The apartment is clean and well kept. I have been to quite a few since I moved to SoCal. I have overpaid before. Take pictures of anything when you move in. They are liars - I had no problems living here, except the office staff and the amount of lying they did when things went wrong. But they do offer both an inside and outside garage

Great place to live I've lived here nearly 4 years now and have basically no complaints. It is relatively quiet, neighbors are pleasant and management has always been very responsive and helpful. I have heard of and seen cars being broken into but this happens in the best of neighborhoods
