Not bad I have lived here for a few months and like it for the most part. However are downstairs and the people who live upstairs are very inconsiderate and bang around in the apartment above us which is very annoying. There are also yappy dogs from time to time that are allowed to bark unchecked

Still a horrible place to live ONLY because of Laura the manager The places are falling down ....way past falling apart! The maintenance is awesome, he does what he can with the budget he is allowed. The office help is almost as bad as Laura the head manager. The lady from Oak Tree is AWESOME

Do not live here!!! This place is HORRIBLE. Irresponsible staff, unsanitary conditions and unbearable heat. Roaches in the cupboard walls and they wanted US to handle it. I had to go to the VP of the management company and show her how awful things really were. Rat traps throughout the property

okay - but over priced barely 900 sqft for almost $1700 is not very cool. there were a lot of cocroaches when we moved in and spiders, but the electric deterants worked really well. PARKING IS HORRRIBLE!! if you arrive home after 9:00 pm, you have to park at least a 1/4 mile away.
