When I moved in there was a manager that was in the office on a daily basis. I've made no less then 10 trips down to the office to talk to the manager and he/she (I no longer know who the manager is, we've had at least 4 in the past two years).

There is no control over the parking, guest will ALWAYS have to park on the street since the residents fill the 10 spaces in the lot, if you are handicap, don't bother coming since a resident is always parked in the handicap space.

Sadly as the class of resident decline the noise level of the incoming vehicles went up, we live in an interior apartment but hear booming bass on a constant basis.

There are "No Loud Music Signs" up but since there is no manager around to enforce this rule, it goes ignored.

The front gate.. oh what can I say about it, if it's not making sounds like it's about to die when it opens, it's dead and wide open so any hobo off the street can walk in. I'm glad I pay rent to live in a "secure" building with a security gate that is broken 70% of the time.

I can gladly say I will be finally moving from here in October.
