HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Playa Pacifica management is a nightmare to deal with. Thus far, they have been unfriendly, unaccomodating and act as if they are put out, every time I have been in contact with them.
The complex is appealing from the main street. However, the upkeep (trash pick up) in the back of the complex, is disgusting... feels like one is living in the ghetto (i.e. used couches, futons and other garbage).
The maintenance crew has been prompt to repair things.
