Please do not move here in one weeks time I was forced to call maintenance 6 times with everything from plumbing to toilet problems. The manager is racist and she called me trash when I asked her to fix my leaking roof. Even though the second week my wife and I were released from our lease, the manager kept our security deposit of $750 and gave us a check for $77.

I have experienced the same problem. I was verbally insulted by the staff many times. Rudeness all around.
