While a resident, my car was broken into twice, while parked in the enclosed garage. I was not alone as a victim, but the management showed no concern. They simply recognized that Los Angeles is high crime and that they could not do anything to lessen it. Rent is too high for the value, and the doors to the stairwells makes a booming noise through all apartments every time someone enters or exits.

I agree 200% with the posting above. They can do something too lessen it. Ever hear of video tapes? Its rediculous that they charge so much for rent and don't even have cameras in the garage. Sometimes I feel like someone could be hiding there and assault me, which from my experience they don't care anything about either. The people who work here really need to be fired or Fairfield properties need to train their people better.
