The Ventana Luxury Rentals

Great amenities, and VERY QUIET From: awesomeaussie Date posted: 6/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I moved to the Ventana just shy of a month ago and since then have really enjoyed several niceties that I didn't receive living at other properties. I have had 2 minor maintenance requests, one for a door being slightly off and another for an outlet not working and both were repaired/fixed within 2 days. I also love the feeling of coming home and the whole property is serene and noiseless, with the exception of a few other tenants seemingly enjoying themselves by the pool. My roommate agrees of the places to live in Los Angeles, that this is definately worth every cent and concurs that the Ventana apitomizes the value of apartment living in California. Where else can you feel like you are living at a resort hotel in the middle of the carribean, but still be close enough to urbanization' I wish I could find something neutral or negative to say, but I have yet to find a thing, except for the occasional indigineous birds that fly by my window singing horribly out of key!
