I lived at the Ventana for the past year and am sad to go. From the day I moved in, everything has always been taken care of. Maintenance requests were filled within 24 hrs., packages were kept secure, the building and outside landscape was kept immaculate. The office staff is so pleasant to deal with and the aroma in the lobby cannot be beat. I'm not sure that I will get this kind of top-notch anywhere else.

Hmm...I happen to have absolutely nothing to do with Ventana's management team. I am a business owner and was fortunate enough to have to expand into Ventura County. That is the reason why I left. Perhaps if you spent more time focusing on gratitude rather than complaining so much you might have a better experience the next time :O

I am so confused, what does gratitude have to do with complaining? When you pay someone rent to live in a place that is not what you were expressly promised, why would gratitude emerge? That is not a logical response, and sounds like an irrational answer typical of the management office. Also, I did not spend my time while there complaining, why would you think that? Oh wait, because management spends their time fielding people's constant complaints at Ventana. THAT is why we know this is management. DO NOT LIVE AT THE VENTANA unless you want constant problems and hassles.
