An embarrassment to Playa Vista

The Ventana has very poor management. Basically, they just collect rent. They seem too "busy" to be bothered most of the time. Playa Vista is a great place to live but The Ventana is one of the worst places to live in Playa Vista. In a nutshell, it's VERY overpriced for what you're actually getting. Save yourself the headache and money and look elsewhere...
