Lived here The reviewer who said rents on higher floors are lowers couldn't be more wrong. My family lived on the 4th floor and paid close to $4000. It was clearly not reduce rent.
I did not find the building particularly noisy. Maintenance staff was available with little delay. Good fitness

This place is GHETTO! Rents are cheaper on the 4th floor because of low-income tenancy. Rents are much cheaper than other units below (where I once lived). What's so "luxury" about that? This explains the riff-raff and ghetto attitude towards the property, guests & other tenants.

NO HOT WATER Yet again, no hot water. I was planning on going out tonight (Saturday night) but NOPE. I can't even get ready and take a shower because the water is ICE COLD. Screw this apartment complex and no hot water. WE DEAL WITH NO HOT WATER AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK.
