I can't think of one thing to complain about. I've lived in many different apartment complexes in this area over the past few years, but none compare to The Boulevard. What's not to love' The management is awesome; the people are great; maintenance calls get answered that day; it's clean. I've never lived in a place that I would recommend, but I would highly recommend this place. Anyone to talk down on this place is crazy. It's super quiet during the week, which is a plus b/c I get up every morning at 6 for work. The weekends aren't too noisy, but when they are....who cares' Aren't the weekends made for having fun' I love it here and I know I'll be renewing my lease in July.
