I moved here in February of 2004 and it was a dump. Now since management has changed hands in late 2004, it is much nicer and safer. The present property manager and his staff is devoted to keeping this place in prime condition. The tenants are wonderful and respectful. Very quiet. I was ready to move when my lease was up in May 2005 and I signed a new lease for another two years. That's how much this place has improved in the few months that the new property manager has been here. He does walks around the property day and night to make sure the tenants' cars are safe. It has become a very good place to live.

This was written by the manager him self! The only person that would sign up to staying longer is his sister. Cars get broken into all the time. Just check with the Pleasant Hill P.D. Do your self a favor and ask them how many drug raids have taken place just in the past two years. This is such a scam its pathetic!
