It's a decent place

This place is pretty creaky. The new owners are trying to do some updates but it will take a lot. And they seem to be cracking down on things which is fine by me.
A great location, but the market value always seems higher than it should be for somewhere like here that is aging. You can hear your neighbors come and go everytime they use the stairs and shut their door. Pretty hot it the summer and pretty chilly in the winter. The windows are all old single paned glass.
Also, there are only 4 washers and 5 dryers for 58 units.
Luckily, most of the people here are fairly quiet.
