In late Dec, there was an ad on CraigsList that showed the apt I'm interested in at 1075. I've been calling and calling and calling, no answer. Bad sign! If management can't answer calls (or return them) that's a definite red flag. So finally I just decided to drop by. Now the apt is 1130. How convenient! It's a nice property. It is by the freeway though, noise pollution. I think you could get better customer service elsewhere for a cheaper price.
