Well just moved in a few days ago. So far so good. They have upgraded their units there. Everything in the unit is new, except for the diswasher.

I read all the reviews, so I will be keeping an eye open. I haven't seen any reviews that are recent for 2009. I will keep this posted as time goes by.
I hope someone will write a review who actually lived here in 2009.

I currently live here and posted a review last year. I've lived here for two years. I've lived in the loft and the one bedroom. I really like it here. I am moving only because we bought a house, otherwise I would stay. The upgraded units are really nice. Management has been very helpful and worked with us immediately whenever we had a problem (and all of our problems were always small things anyways). They are pet friendly and the location of the Boulvard Apts is wonderful because I could always walk everywhere. Downtown is a block away and the East Bay Mud Trail is right outside and leads to the contra costa canal trail and the iron horse trail. There's always plenty of parking and it feels safe because it's gated (even though the gate isn't working right now, they are getting it fixed). So I hope you enjoy your time here, it really is a great place to live. It's really quiet and peaceful (with the exeception of freeway noise) and people are nice and considerate. If you hang out in downtown Pleasant Hill enough, you will find that it's a friendly and fun community of people.
