Very nice for students

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived here for almost two years and I am mostly satisfied. I have friendly neighbors and it's pretty quiet over here. But there was this one time when one of the neighbors slashed all of my four tires, and the manager Phyllis did not do anything about it. She got mad at me for being upset about my tires. That was the only bad incident that ever happened.
