Camelback North is a dump. Apartments are old, noisy and full of ghetto people staying up to all hours of the morning banging around. Complex has huge problems with mice and ants and the management is a joke, they do not care or do anything about your problems. Even problems they are obligated to do they'll take forever to do anything about. Neighbors are a**holes and have no respect for other tenants. People seem to randomly park where they please. Overall I think i would rather stay in a YMC than Camelcrap north apartments.

Mice? since when has there been a mice problem? I've lived here for ten years and have not heard of mice problems.

This property is under contract with Orkin for weekly pest control, including ants and mice. Tenants get free service inside their unit upon request. There is full-time on-site maintenance staff that responds same day to all requests. SOunds like this guy is the problem and couldn't get along with anyone, go figure.

Not seen mice since I moved here a year ago. Ants - sometimes but that's all. I'm not bothered by ants because for some people it brings luck and money yay! On maintenance problem, one call does it all. Management is not only attentive but considerate. Because of proximity to DVC - Police cars rolls the street almost every 15 minutes. The only trade off is the building, it's old.
