Camelback served its purpose. I lived there a year and to me Camelback was the dorms of DVC. There were parties on all the most important occasions (St. Patrick's, New years, Halloween, and Thanksgiving). The rest of the year its quiet. I don't think a party or 2 is that bad, as long as I'm invited. When I lived there there was only 2 incidences with the apartment and both were fixed the same day. One was a leaking water heater, which was replaced with in hours, and the other was a broken circuit breaker, which was also taken care of quickly.
As for Neighbors, There either kids, from Asia, or kids at heart. Still havent gotten my deposit though!
