We viewed the apartments, and were not impressed. The carpet literally stank the moment we walked into their "show" apartment! If they can't maintain their show apartment, it's a good bet they won't maintain your apartment either.

The apartment you looked at was in the process of being turned. We do not have "show" or model apartments here. We do show the apartments while we are working on them, so you can see the size. If you would have come later you would see that the carpet in that apartment was replaced.The last thing we do is replace the carpet in the apartment so it is brand new for the new resident.
