honestly the wort managed and maintained around, not to mention all the car thefts and attempted break ins. Also Way overpriced for a the most minimal updates. Almost was harmed in an electrical fire that left residents without power for a week. All they gave people was a stupid safeway card. Parking is a mess, and i hope you like 7-8 speed bumps to go over everyday. Rent is increased with every chance they get too. probably the most scummy place iv'e lived out of 5 apartments ive lived in. If you need to be in Pleasant Hill, I'd have to say try either tuscany or elinwood dr., cant be worse than suc valley.

I agree! With one increase in the last year and another one to come it is soooo not worth it! Down the road you can rent an apt. with a garage and washer and dryer in the apt. for the same price. The owner really needs to rethink his constant rent increases and try to keep his current tenants safe. I know it has already been hard to rent the vacant apts. at the rate he is asking, I see some apts. have not been rented for months. There are cheaper apts. in Walnut Creek and that is nicer than Pleasant Hill. I am glad that someone has spoken up and I hope that more people will! It is sad that people with money just try to make more off of us and never really do anything to improve the living conditions! New paint doesn't cut it!
