One of the best living experiences I've had! My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in; clean and extremely well kept. The one maintenance issue that I experienced in my nearly two and a half years was dealt with quickly and completely. Also, the grounds are impecably clean at all times, as are the laundry, pool, and parking facilities.
Further, and of greatest impact, was the management team at The Gate Apartments. Never before have I had such a positive experience with a management team, nor have I seen a team so dedicated to the overall satisfaction of their tennants. They truly take an investment in the people that they rent to, and it shows. I'm sad to have to leave my apartment, but I know that the tennant who takes my place will certainly experience the same level of professionalism and care that I received.
