Very Nice Apartments / Crazy Management

These apartments are for low income or moderate income people. Applicants have to have good credit and a good rental history to be approved. Bridge Housing Corporation are the builders, owners and management for Grayson Creek and other similar complexes in and around the Bay Area. There is usually a year or two waiting list for residency.
The Apartments are new and beautiful in a nice setting. Units tend to be on the small side.
INCONVENIENT ACCESS
The building doors all have spring hinges including the front door to each unit. This is very inconvenient when bringing in groceries or other items because the doors have to be held open with one hand while holding the bags or boxes with the other hand. A resident may encounter as many as five such inconvenient doors in order to come from the outside into their unit.
INACCESSIBLE TO SHIPPING
In the age of online shopping most people now receive several packages per month. The individual units are completely inaccessible to UPS, FEDX and other shippers. The delivery people can not get into the buildings with packages. Management will not give shipping companies codes to get in from outside.
CRAZY MANAGEMENT
The currant resident manager is very invasive. She spends lots of time to watching everybody. She is an extreme worrier and fussbudget. She often accuses residents of breaking rules without any proof. She will demand entry to units to find evidence of wrongdoing. She will not apologize when she is wrong. She will not call first to talk a problem over with a tenet. Instead she leave threatening letters stuffed in the crack of the door. We get letters stuffed in our doors sometimes twice a month.
LACK OF PRIVACY
Bridge Housing Corp. is also invasive. They have people coming by inspecting several times per year. They are in your unit at least 5 times per year, which creates a feeling like you are always being tested for the right to be a resident. These apartments are not for those who like their independence or privacy.
PICKY RULES
Bridge Housing Corp has a lot of picky rules. I have been renting all my life and have never before encounter such a large number of picky rules and stipulations. Those who want to relax and enjoy a reasonable amount of freedom should avoid Grayson Creek Apartments.

All these statements are absolutely correct. I would like to have the opportunity to speak with the author of this review, as I am finding the same sort of unreasonable monitoring/stalking behavior by the resident manager. I am considering pursuing legal action as she takes it for and I wouldnt be surprised if she is violated some fundamental tenant rights.
Any ideas on how we can come together and discuss?

I work for BRIDGE. I have to say that if more people would be courteous to their neighbors and use a little common sense then BRIDGE would not have to make so many rules. The rules are so ALL can have a quiet, enjoyable environment.
