This property is managed by a company in So. California. The management is terrible simply because the management company does not want to spend the money to do the needed repairs. The husband and wife managers both have health issues and simply are not capable of providing the level of service one would expect from this type of a complex, especially when one considers that it used to be a residence primarily for the elderly, many of them still live here. the club house is closed, unless the manager is around, but because of the health issues, they are simply not available.
