There are a few things that I didn t like living here. The parking SUCKS!!! It s pretty much all street parking unless you are one of the lucky and get a space. The spaces are designated and your name goes onto a list when you move in. But I don t think my named moved the entire time I lived there. The only other thing which isn t that big of a deal is the laundry room. There are only 6 washers and dryers for the entire complex. I found myself waiting for long periods of time, or having to go to an off site laundry mat to get mine done. I don t think the machines are serviced unless someone complains they are broken. I probably lost $10.00 due to the machines not working.
The management is ok. They do respond to complaints and repairs quickly, but the water was shut off several times without warning for repairs. There was a letter sent out by the management regarding the changing of our water company, but there was no indication that the water bill would go up significantly due to the change in company. I think stuff like that is important to disclose to tenets that are on a budget.
Overall the complex is in a great location, quite for the most part, and the management does there job to the best of there abilities. For the price I would recommend it.
