This place was horrible. Maintaince was so incompetent that we had carbon monoxide spilling into our home for the 18 months we lived there. There still is a huge Exhaust patch on the wall where they had failed to maintain their equipment. When we spoke to management the manager didn't know that CO2 and Carbon Monoxide were the same thing. She was a rude idiot and I fought hard not to let her verbally and physically have it. This place is worth the money....But your family is more important than saving a hundred dollars. Get out of the apartment and don't move in!

I have never lived in nor been to this apartment complex and so cannot comment on whether it is a nice place to live, but I feel that an accusation of poisoning a family with Carbon Monoxide is a serious one that requires a serious response. First of all, CO2 and Carbon Monoxide are NOT the same thing. CO2, or Carbon Dioxide, is a stable molecule made up of one carbon (C) and two oxygens (O). It exists in abundance in even the cleanest air and, while it does contribute to global warming, it is not usually harmful to breath. Carbon Monoxide, or CO, is a molecule of one carbon and only one oxygen, unlike CO2 it is extremely poisoness and exposure to even a small amount can be lethal. I know this not only from an understanding of chemistry and biology but also because as a child my family and I were almost killed by a heater that was leaking Carbon Monoxide. If this renter had been living with Carbon Monoxide fumes for 18 months they and their family surly would have at the very least been continuously very ill. I do not mean to be argumentative but calling someone an ignorant idiot when you yourself do not have the correct information seems irrational at best, and I think other renters should be warned not to take this review seriously.

i lived in this apartment complex for 7 years.. all electric kitchen and electric baseboard heaters. where the hell would the corbon be coming from??? now who is the idiot? you must have the wrong property since there is another spring meadow in the next city. Might they have the carbon??
