This used to be a nice quiet complex, but not anymore. This complex is VERY noisy, which is caused by thin walls & floors (don't get a downstairs unit if you want to sleep), very close to the 680 freeway, and very very noisy neighbors.
This complex is really close to the 680 freeway, and every morning you can hear the trucks getting on & off the freeway. There are too many people living in each apartment - a lot of the 1 bedrooms have 3 adults or 4 people including kids. A lot of the 2 bedrooms have 5 people. The managers just look the other way.
And the apartments are very expensive. $1200 dollars for an 30 year old 1 bedroom & they try to put in cheap new kitchens & lights, so you don't notice that the apartments have single pane windows with no insulation. The apartments are cold in the winter & hot in the summer.
