i had been in this apt for last 2 yrs..i moved from here the last feb as my kid used to run a lot which started becoming a trouble for my neighbour.
melissa(manager) is a very nice lady.they r not at all greedy in giving back the security deposit.our deposit was $450 and we got $415 back.as they were remodelling the apt she dint taken for carpet cleaning..
there z a beautiful garden in front of the office..maintenance z good..prompt in making any repairs..the only demerit was the apt z very old..so there was no aircondition in the bedroom..only one aircontioner in the living room..overall i recommend this apt.
